Digimon Story: Time Stranger
What critics said
Overall, you can't go wrong with this game on Nintendo Switch 2 or any other platform. Even people who've never really gotten into Digimon before but enjoy JRPGs will feel right at home here and will quickly find a party of Digimon that clicks with them. Heads up: if you look into the game and its various editions, things can get a bit confusing. There's story DLC that adds small side stories and new Digimon, but also cosmetic DLC, fan-service DLC, and even a quality-of-life DLC. Generally speaking, the Season Pass — which includes all story DLC — is worth picking up. But even without any DLC, you get a package full of love for the franchise and a solid game with a great story whose twists you won't see coming from a mile away.
