Liquid Swords has been forced to close after its open-world game Samson failed to generate enough sales, while CD Projekt Red schedules a free Cyberpunk 2077 update for October 22. PEGI is also raising age ratings for some digital games that include paid random items +1.
Liquid Swords Closes After Samson Fails to Sustain the Studio
The developer behind Samson: A Tyndalston Story confirms its closure. Founder Christofer Sundberg says the game performed much better on consoles than it did on PC, but that was not enough to keep the studio open .
Samson launched on PC in April and arrived on PS5 on September 21. Liquid Swords says it is discussing continued support for the game .
